Dicks Sporting Goods Shopping Event
Sunnyvale Little League has partnered with our Grand Slam Sponsor, Dick's Sporting Goods and will be holding a shopping event at the Sunnyvale location on Saturday September 1st and Sunday September 2nd, 2018. Sunnyvale Little League Families will receive a 20% discount on most store items. Our families may want to use this discount if you are considering any major baseball equipment purchases, like gloves or bats.

Complete 2018 Post Season Schedule
Follow all our 2018 Tournament of Champion (TOCs) and All Star Teams this summer as they embark on post season play. Complete schedules are now available for all Sunnyvale Little League Teams.

Stanford Baseball Camps
The Stanford University Baseball Team will be holding several youth baseball camps this June & July, 2018. Designed for athletes between 6 and 12 years old. The clinics will be held at Sunken Diamond on the Stanford campus. Registration is required

President's Newsletter - December 2017
We hope you are having a happy and festive holiday season. As the weather turns colder, baseball is probably the last thing on your mind, but it's time to start preparing for the 2018 Little League Season. The Board of Directors is busy preparing for our league's second season, which we believe will be even better than our inaugural season. There are a few items we wanted to share with you as we head into the New Year.

New Little League Bat Standards
Little League Baseball will be adopting new bat standards as of January 1, 2018. All bats manufactured last year are now ineligible for use in any Little League activity. In order to participate in the league, all players must use USA Baseball approved bats.

Registration for the 2018 Season is now OPEN
Take advantage of the early bird special by registering your child for the 2018 Little League season before January 10th. Please be sure to read the entire registration page before committing.

January Fundraiser: Join us at Chipotle
Please join us at our first fundraiser of the 2018 season at the Chipotle at 20688 Homestead Rd (near the new Safeway) on Sunday, January 21st from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. All purchases must be accompanied by the SVLL CHIPOTLE FLYER or we will not receive credit for your purchases.

New Batting Cage Nets at De Anza Park
Sunnyvale Little League has completed the first phase of our batting cage upgrade, by installing new batting cage nets at our De Anza Park batting cage facility. These nets allow our players to practice their hitting skills in a controlled environment, which ensures safety to players, coaches and spectators.

Alumni Alert: Strotman drafted by Rays
Congratulations to former Serra Little League alumnus Drew Strotman, who was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays today in the Major League Baseball June Draft. Strotman was taken by the Rays in the 4th round, with the 109th overall selection.

Baseball in Sunnyvale is changing! After months of work by parent volunteers, the two leagues have merged to form the new Sunnyvale Little League.

It seems like we just wrapped up the 2016 Little League Season, but 2017 is on the horizon. With the new year, comes an exciting announcement regarding Little League Baseball in Sunnyvale, Los Altos and Cupertino. After more than 50 years operating as independent leagues, Serra Little League and Sunnyvale Southern Little League are merging to form the new Sunnyvale Little League!
