Fall Ball Registration to Open
in Late June
Sunnyvale Little League will once again host a
Fall Season ("Fall Ball), which will run from September 1st through October
31st. We will offer four divsions of play:
- Majors - for 11-12 year-olds
- Minors - for 9-10 year-olds
- Farm - for 8 year-olds
- Pioneer - for 7 year olds
What Fall Ball is all
about
Fall Ball is a more casual environment than the Spring
Season, with an emphasis on giving players more opportunities to hit, pitch and
play defense. The Fall season is also an opportunity for players who plan to
transition to a higher division next spring (e.g. moving from T-Ball to
Pioneer, from Pioneer to Farm, from Farm to Minors, and from Minors to
Majors).
Games (and most practices) are held on Sundays, in a more
relaxed atmosphere. It's all about getting extra touches on the baseball.
When Fall Ball will open
We plan to open
registration for the Fall Season at the end of June. Be sure to check back here
on our website at that time for information on how to register. What's
important here is that we will close registration by division as we enough
players to field a set number of teams.
We encourage everyone to
register early, so you gaurantee a spot in the league. We have had to turn away
players who waied too long to register.
How much it
costs
The cost for the Fall Season is much cheaper than our
Spring season. We're still working out the details, but it will be in the $150
to $175 range. Players are issued a SVLL dry fit shirt and hat as the uniform
package.

We are in need
of coaches to help lead teams in the four divisions listed above. If you are
interested in coaching, please reach out to our Player Agents Drew Wan (for
