Here are some responses to frequently asked questions regarding league registration:

1. Why am I being asked to deliver certain documents

A: These documents need to be hand delivered by the parent or guardian of the registering child at the Document Verifcation Day event on January 20th & 21st, in order for the league to verify the authenticity of these documents. The parent / guardian of the child is required to attend this event and bring all relevant documents then. This event will take place at league pre-tryouts held at Cupertino Middle School.

2. What if I can't attend Document Verification Day on January 20th or 21st?

A: As the league is making two different days available for document verification, you are strongly encouraged to attend one of these two days. There are currently no plans to hold a makeup date beyond these two dates.
